Lucas Onesmo Suka is the Chairperson of NKCBO, providing strategic leadership and mobilizing members to advance health, education, youth empowerment, environmental conservation, and community development initiatives across rural Magu District.

Eng. Emmanuel Ezekiel Kisendi is a Mineral and Groundwater Exploration Geologist serving as Vice Chairperson of NKCBO. He provides strategic and technical leadership in environmental conservation, climate resilience, and sustainable resource management.

Tuji George Mpandachalo is a Community Development Officer serving as General Secretary of NKCBO. He oversees organizational administration, coordination, and compliance while strengthening partnerships with communities, schools, and local authorities.

Theopister Charles Mchome serves as Assistant Secretary of NKCBO, supporting community programs focused on health and sustainable economic development across rural communities in Magu District.

Deodatus Stanley Kiriba is an environmentalist and soil scientist serving as Programs Coordinator of NKCBO. With expertise in sustainable land management and community-based development, he integrates scientific knowledge with grassroots action to deliver inclusive, climate-smart, and impact-driven solutions for rural communities in Ndagalu Division and Magu District at large.

Emmanuel Peter Mashana is a social scientist with broad experience in project management, livelihoods, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation. He supports planning, implementation, and monitoring of NKCBO community initiatives across rural Magu District.
Prof. Noah Pauline Makula is an environmental and climate change scientist serving as Accountant of NKCBO. He provides strategic financial oversight, transparent budgeting, and accountable resource management aligned with climate-responsive programming.

A Tanzanian nonprofit founded in 2021 that encourages people to celebrate birthdays by planting trees. Based in Morogoro, MBTO promotes ecological restoration and environmental education through practical climate action.
Magu District Local Government Authorities
Located in Mwanza Region on the southern shores of Lake Victoria, district authorities collaborate with NKCBO to align community priorities with local development systems.
